Leicester

Leicester is close to the M1, M6, M69 and M42. For access from motorways use M1 junction 21a from the South (and M69) and M1 junction 22 from the North (and M42) of Leicester. In the city centre follow signs to Highcross.

Parking: Highcross has two major car parks.

John Lewis Car Park: Located on Vaughan Way (inner ring road). Follow signs to John Lewis Car Park/Highcross. Disable parking spaces, electric car charge points and bicycle storage points are available. Showcase Cinema de Lux Leicester is directly accessible from John Lewis Car Park via the footbridge.

Rooftop Car Park: Follow the signs to High Street. The rooftop car park is located on Freeschool Lane, just off Highcross Street at the junction of High Street. Disabled parking spaces are available.

Highcross is a 10 minute walk from Leicester Station (London Road). There are regular services from London St. Pancras, Nottingham and Birmingham. Upon exiting the station, turn right and follow the city centre route along Granby Street.

Getting here by bus:

Park & Ride (Quicksilver Shuttle) services run every 10-15 mins, 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday). The main Highcross Leicester stop alights on Causeway Lane, right outside John Lewis. Bus services are also available from St. Margaret’s Bus Station.
