Ticket Booking Terms & Conditions

Once booked, tickets are non-refundable. When you click on ‘Make Payment’ during the booking process, your credit card/Showcase Gift Card will be charged at that time. You must present the same credit card/Showcase Gift Card used for making this transaction at the ticket pick up machine in the cinema lobby or at the cinema box office to collect your tickets. To check your Gift Card balance, please call 0800 897 055. Please use the Contact Us form (link found at the bottom of every page) for any queries regarding this charge. For films rated 15 and 18, please ensure that you bring along photographic ID for proof of age to avoid disappointment. 

Please note that ticket purchasers need to be a minimum of 13 years of age. For tickets purchased as a guest, the email address supplied will be used to send the booking confirmation and will be stored for 90 days after the booking has been completed in case of any query.
