Who are we looking for?

Natl Amusements UK ltd is a world leader in the film exhibition industry operating more than 950 screens in the United States, United Kingdom, Argentina and Brazil. With 21 cinemas in the UK, we are now looking to recruit a Supervisor into our Costa Store.

Role Description

To take accountability for the day to day running of the store and in the Store Manager’s absence ensure that all tasks are completed to deliver great coffee to our customers all of the time.

Experience and Knowledge

Essential

  • Worked within a customer facing environment
  • Supervisory/Management Experience
  • Passion for coffee and service
  • Experience delivering big brand standards

Desirable

  • Worked in Hospitality/retail Industry

 

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Leadership qualities
  • Communication skills
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Good attention to detail
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • A proactive approach to management
