SHOWCASE INSIDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

There is no purchase necessary to become a member of Showcase Insider. All eligible prospective members can register online. Information required to complete registration includes name, email address, postal address, date of birth and preferred Showcase or Showcase Cinema de Lux location.  Once members are fully registered, they must confirm that all information entered is accurate and they are at least 15 years of age. Members of the Club may be required to show proof of age before redeeming any benefit. Natl. Amusements (UK) Ltd. may, in its sole discretion, and at any time, disqualify a Member and cancel a membership for failure to provide proof of age.  Showcase Insider membership cards are non-transferable and may not be sold or exchanged.

Natl. Amusements (UK) Ltd. will use its reasonable endeavours to issue a membership card via the post within fifteen (15) business days of receiving your completed online registration. Please Contact Us using the form HERE if your membership card has been lost, damaged or stolen, providing your full postal address.  The Club membership card will have to be presented at the box office when a member wishes to participate in certain exclusive promotions or events.

TERMS IN RESPECT OF THE INSIDER MEMBER’S REDUCED PRICE ADMISSION

1. Insider member price is valid for scheduled film performances starting at, or after, 7pm on Sunday and all day Monday and Tuesday at all Showcase Cinemas and Showcase Cinema de Lux locations. 
2. The Insider discount is valid for the Insider member’s ticket only.
3. Special Insider member prices are also available for selected arts and events performances
4. Members must present their Insider card at the box office when purchasing their general admission ticket to receive the reduced rate admission price. Additional charges will apply for performances in 3D and / or XPlus, IMAX, Gallery, XLR and Director’s Hall seating.
5. It is not possible to purchase an Insider ticket or receive rewards unless a valid membership card or QR code is presented at the time of purchase. If you do not have either of these with you during your visit, please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. On your next visit you may bring along along your membership card or QR code along with the receipt and our cinema team will be able to add any owing rewards to your account.  
6. Showcase Cinemas will endeavour to keep you up to date with all membership card updates, however cannot be held liable for card delivery once posted, or communications not received once sent.
7. Insider tickets are available for online purchase at all Showcase and Showcase Cinema de Lux locations. An administration charge of £1.00 per person will be added once your tickets are confirmed.
8. To purchase an Insider ticket online you must first log in to your Insider account.
9. After purchasing your Insider ticket, either online or at the Box Office, you will not be permitted to make another Insider ticket purchase for a film starting within 2 hours of the first film tickets were purchased for.
10. If you give us consent to storing your credit card(s) to use for future transactions, we will store your card details for 3 years, at which point the details will be removed from our system. However you can remove the stored card at any time by logging into your Insider account, select the "Stored Payment Cards" tab and then click "Remove This Card" next to the card you want to remove.
11. BBFC classifications and Showcase General Terms & Conditions apply. Proof of age may be required.  Insider members under 18 years of age will not be admitted to films certified “18”.
12. Members are not guaranteed a seat for their chosen performance nor do they have priority over other guests.
13. Seats will be sold on a first come, first served basis until capacities are reached.
14. Showcase Cinemas reserves the right to alter, amend, or withdraw the Insider discount scheme at any time and without prior notice.
15. The Insider offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offer including Meerkat Movies.

TERMS IN RESPECT OF THE INSIDER REWARDS

CLAIMING REWARDS

1. Insider members will receive 10% of the transactional value back into their Insider account, rounded up / down to the nearest 10p.
2. It is not possible to purchase an Insider ticket or receive rewards unless a valid membership card or QR code is presented at the time of purchase. If you do not have either of these with you during your visit, please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. On your next visit you may bring along along your membership card or QR code along with the receipt and our cinema team will be able to add any owing rewards to your account. Rewards can only be added to an account within 30 days of the original purchase date. Any requests outside of this time will not be valid.

3. When purchasing for multiple insider tickets under the same transaction, only the primary Insider account will claim rewards. The primary Insider account will be either the first Insider card that is scanned by the cashier (if purchasing within the cinema), or the Insider member that was logged into their account when purchasing the tickets online.

4. For each person of the pair or group to receive a share of the reward, each person must make a unique transaction. Insider Rewards are non-transferable.

5. If purchasing multiple tickets as a group, each Insider member requiring an Insider discounted ticket must have their Insider card scanned at the Box Office, or membership card validated online if purchasing via the website or mobile App.
6. 10% Insider Rewards can be earned on purchases made on the Showcase at home service, but cannot currently be redeemed against Showcase at home purchases or rentals. Insider Rewards can only be redeemed online or in cinema against tickets or food and drink.
7. Transactional rewards will be added to your membership account overnight following process post the day of the film you are purchasing tickets for.
8. Insider rewards cannot be earned on any purchases made using Vouchers or Gift Packs including any associated upgrades to the ticket.
9. Insider rewards will not be earned on the purchase of Conference Bookings, Group Bookings, Private Hires, Prestige Tickets, School Bookings, Gift Cards, Gift Packs or Costa Franchise sales.
10. Any member forgetting their membership card can claim rewards within a 30-day period, by returning to the Box Office with a full transactional receipt and presentation of their membership card.

REDEEMING REWARDS

1. Insider members must present their Insider card on redemption of rewards.
2. Members are not required to hit a minimum spend level to redeem rewards.
3. Your rewards balance can be used as full or partial payment at the box office or online, with the remaining balance paid by cash, debit or credit card.
4. Tickets cannot be purchased using partial rewards balance at the in-cinema automatic box office terminals.
5. Rewards earned on transactions are valid only for a 9 month period from the date of the transaction, at which point they will be removed from the member’s account.
6. When making a payment as a pair or group, only the member making the transaction can use the rewards balance on their account.
7. Insider member rewards can be earned and redeemed at all Showcase and Showcase Cinema de Lux locations.
8. Any purchase made fully, or partially using member’s rewards balance is non-refundable.
9. Insider rewards cannot be redeemed against the purchase of Showcase at home purchases or rentals, Conference Bookings, Birthday Parties, Group Bookings, Private Hires, Prestige Tickets, School Bookings, Gift Cards, Gift Packs or Costa Franchise sales.
10. Insider rewards are not redeemable in conjunction with Meerkat Movies purchases.
11. Your member rewards balance is non-transferable and may not be sold or exchanged.

TERMS IN RESPECT 25% OFF Insider Discount at Frankie & Benny’s & Chiquito

1. Showcase Insider card holders can enjoy 25% off their food bill when ordering at least a main meal from the main or gluten free main menu.
2. Offer is valid 7 days a week.
3. Offer applies to food only and does not include Kids Meals, Fixed Price or Lunch or Set menus.
4. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount promotions.
5. Valid on tables of up to 6 people
6. A valid Showcase Insider card must be presented in order to claim the discount.
7. All food is sold subject to availability.
8. Offer valid from 10^th September 2018 at any Chiquito, Frankie & Benny’s or Little Frankie’s restaurant in the UK excluding airport locations.
9. Not valid on Bank Holidays, celebration days (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day etc)
10. Showcase or The Restaurant Group may withdraw or amend the offer at any time without prior notice.

POSSIBLE FUTURE CHANGES OR TERMINATION – Natl. Amusements (UK) Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement or to change the reduced rate for an Insider ticket, at any time. Natl. Amusements (UK) Ltd. also reserves the right to terminate, in whole or in part, the programme, its benefits referenced above, and cancel this Agreement at any time upon written notice to Members and in such event Natl. Amusements (UK) Ltd. shall have no further obligation hereunder. Any written notice of changes and/or cancelation to be given under this provision will be satisfied by placement on the Programme’s webpage located on showcasecinemas.co.uk.

USE OF INFORMATION – In providing your basic information such as name, email address, postal address, date of birth and preferred cinema; (the Information) you consent to Natl. Amusements (UK) Ltd. using the Information to contact you, operate and administer the Programme.  As part of this consent, you are also providing permission for Nat. Amusements (UK) Ltd to store your information for up to 1 year after notification of membership cancellation.

By providing this information you are giving consent for Natl. Amusements (UK) Ltd. to communicate tailored and targeted email campaigns, promoting film releases, competitions, advance screenings and order confirmations. For a member to receive an Insider Membership Card through the post, it is a requirement to opt in to Direct Mail.  In the event of a member requiring a replacement membership card, due to it being lost, damaged or stolen, we're unable to process this unless Direct Mail opt in is selected. To permit us to send this to you in the post, please log into your Insider account, and tick the option 'Direct Mail' under Contact Preferences.

Natl. Amusements (UK) Ltd. will NOT sell your Information to any third party.

Upon termination of your Insider membership, all rewards associated with your account will be null and void.

CHANGE OF DETAILS – You can login to your profile via showcasecinemas.co.uk  to update the Information.  You can also inform Natl. Amusements (UK) Ltd. of any changes to the Information as and when such changes occur.

LIABILITY – Natl. Amusements (UK) Ltd. shall not be liable for any delay in performing or partial or total failure to perform any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Natl. Amusements (UK) Ltd. shall not be liable to any Member (and the expression Member includes Member’s guests) for any loss or damage however caused (whether in contract, tort or statutory duty or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the Programme other than death or personal injury caused by negligence of Natl. Amusements (UK) Ltd.

MISCELLANEOUS - This Agreement contains the entire understanding and supersedes all prior understanding of the parties relating to the Agreement, and cannot be changed or terminated orally. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be illegal or unenforceable, the Agreement will be deemed curtailed to the extent necessary to make it legal and enforceable and will remain, as modified, in full force and effect.

This Agreement, and the respective rights and obligations of the parties hereunder, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with English laws and the parties consent to the irrevocable jurisdiction of the English courts. Your statutory rights are not affected.

FURTHER TERMS IN RESPECT OF THE EXCLUSIVE ADVANCE SCREENINGS

Insider members may be invited to advance screenings via email.  Insider tickets can be purchased at the Box Office on presentation of your Insider card, also online via the Insider log in.

1. Insider members are not guaranteed that a seat will be available for the advance screening, nor do Insider members have priority over other customers. Seats will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
2. The email notifying Insider members of the advance screening will clearly display whether the event is solely for the Insider member or if they are able to bring guests.
3. Insider Members and guests must be eligible to see their chosen movie. BBFC classifications and Showcase General Terms & Conditions apply. Proof of age may be required.  Insider members under 18 years of age will not be admitted to films certified “18”.
4. Advance screenings for Insider members are not offered in conjunction with any other promotion, including Meerkat Movies.
5. Showcase reserves the right to alter, amend, or withdraw the Insider offer listed above at any time and without prior notice.
