Manager/ Assistant Manager:
Showcase is a leading multi-national cinema exhibitor. We are passionate about delivering the very best cinema-going experience, teamed with a first class food and beverage operation and cutting-edge technology, enabling us to offer the very highest standards of service to each and every guest. We are now looking to recruit a Manager/ Assistant Manager into our team.Reporting to the Cinema General Manager the main purpose of the role is to assist in the day to day running of the Cinema whilst ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to. You will direct Team Members to ensure efficient working practices are maintained and that the highest standard of customer service is met at all times whilst ensuring revenue targets are achieved and costs are controlled effectively.
This role is greatly varied, which provides the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in all aspects of cinema operation management including box-office, projection booth and food and beverage operations.

This role will require availability for a flexible working pattern on a rota basis, working up to 3am and including weekends.
