Manager/ Assistant Duty Manager

Showcase is a leading multi-national cinema exhibitor. We are passionate about delivering the very best cinema-going experience, teamed with a first-class food and beverage operation and cutting-edge technology, enabling us to offer the very highest standards of service to each and every guest.

Our Cinema Management team is key to ensuring a great guest experience, alongside running, or assisting in the day-to-day management of the site you will need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

You will lead and motivate a diverse team to deliver a premium guest experience, ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures and efficient working practices are maintained, targets are met by demonstrating strong leadership skills such as good interpersonal and communication skills.

These roles are greatly varied, which provides the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in all aspects of cinema management including box-office, projection and food and beverage operations.
