Acceptance of Terms

By accessing www.showcasecinemas.co.uk (referred to as “the Website”) to book and/or pay for a group event, you agree to be bound by these Pay By Link Terms and Conditions (“Payment Terms”) and accept our Privacy Policy as set out on the Website at https://www.showcasecinemas.co.uk/privacy-policy. If you do not accept these terms you should not use the services offered on the Website and should leave immediately.

Products and Services

Showcase Cinemas’ products and services include, but are not limited to, private screenings, bulk cinema tickets, conferences and events, group bookings, catering, and technical services, all of which are available for purchase via the Adyen Pay By Link.

Payment/Delivery

Payment for a confirmed group booking or event at any Showcase Cinemas location must be made in advance via Adyen’s Pay by Link and in accordance with your booking invoice or email confirmation.
Customers will be provided with a Pay By Link to confirm each booking. Details regarding the product or service purchased will be outlined in the booking contract and/or email confirmation.

Liability

We will be responsible to you for direct loss you suffer as a result of our breaching these conditions once a contract for sale has been formed.
We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages including loss of business, revenue, profits, data, or anticipated savings stemming from your use of the Website or Pay By Link, or any other loss which was not reasonably foreseeable.
We do not limit or exclude any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

Invalidity

If any portion of these Payment Terms are found to be unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these Payment Terms will not be affected and the remaining portions of the Payment Terms will remain in full force and effect.

Privacy

You hereby acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our Privacy Policy found on the Website. We are not responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations if the delay or failure arises from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Governing Law

The contract in relation to your use of the Pay By Link shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law, and English Courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.
If you access the Pay By Link from locations outside of England and Wales, you do so on your own initiative and you are responsible for compliance with all local laws that may apply.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We must have written notification of your intent to cancel your event. Customers should contact the UK Sales Team via email at [email protected] to discuss available options. For additional information regarding cancellations and refunds, customers should refer to their booking contract and/or email confirmation.
