BABY PICTURES

Showcase Cinemas delivers Baby Pictures™, a unique, bi-weekly program offering new parents a chance to see the latest movies at the theatre in a baby-friendly setting. The programme makes available special conveniences necessary for new parents to enjoy a movie and care for their baby at the same time. This includes baby changing stations, an area for prams, extra lighting in the auditorium and lowered movie volume.

PRAM/PUSHCHAIR POLICY
In compliance with fire safety requirements, prams/pushchairs are not permitted in cinema auditoriums. It will be necessary for parents/caregivers to utilize the complimentary “pram/pushchair area” available at the cinema. By choosing to utilize the complimentary “pram/pushchair area,” patrons are agreeing to do so “at their own risk” and will not hold Showcase Cinemas liable for any loss/damage to prams/pushchairs and/or items contained within prams/pushchairs.

We strongly recommend that personal belongings and items of value be removed from prams/pushchairs prior to leaving your pram/pushchair. These items should be taken into the auditorium with you.

NAPPY CHANGING POLICY
For your convenience, our restroom is equipped with a baby-changing facility.

For safety and hygiene reasons, nappies cannot be changed on or around auditorium seats, including aisle floors and steps. When changing nappies we ask that patrons/caregivers utilize the baby-changing facility conveniently located in our cinema restroom.

BOOKWORM WEDNESDAYS

BOOKWORM WEDNESDAYS is a fun and rewarding summer reading programme developed to encourage young children to read during the summer months. BOOKWORM WEDNESDAYS runs for five weeks during the summer holidays and entitles kids to free admission to a select children’s film every Wednesday when they present a book report at a participating Showcase Cinemas box office. Accompanying parents or guardians and children under six receive free admission and do not need to submit a book report.

Every summer, attendance at BOOKWORM WEDNESDAYS has grown and we expect that it will continue. Check back in early Spring for more details!
