Forgetting Sarah Marshall! competition terms and conditions

  1. The closing date for entries is 9th May 2008 at midnight GMT.  Entries received after this time and date will not be entered into the competition.
  2. The winning four entries will be selected by Universal Pictures.  Winners will be notified by email as soon as possible thereafter, and no later than 30th June 2008.
  3. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and a legal UK resident.
  4. No purchase necessary.
  5. Each of the four winners will receive a £500 voucher to LCB Surf Store, London, or comparable retailer.  Universal Pictures reserves the right to provide the gift voucher to another surf shop without notifying the winners in advance.
  6. Prizes are non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered.
  7. There is one entry per person.
  8. This promotion is open to all UK residents, excluding employees of Showcase Cinemas/NATL Amusements (UK) Ltd. and Universal Pictures, their agents/families or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
  9. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries.
  10. Entries become the absolute property of the promoter and will not be returned.
  11. No trade, consumer groups or 3rd party applications acceptable.
  12. By entering the competition, competitors agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
  13. Neither Showcase Cinemas nor Universal Pictures nor any other respective agents involved with this promotion shall be liable for any failure that is caused by something outside its reasonable control.  Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances relating to Force Majeure.
  14. The decision of Universal Pictures is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
