SHOWCASE CINEMAS LAUNCHES BABY PICTURES
ENJOY THE SHOW WITH YOUR BABY IN TOW!

NEWHAM, ENGLAND – 3 April 2006 – Showcase Cinemas announces the launch of Baby Pictures™, a unique, bi-weekly programme offering new parents a chance to see the latest films at the cinema in a baby-friendly setting. Baby Pictures™ will begin at Showcase Cinemas Newham starting 11 April 2006 and will run every other Tuesday at 10.00am.

Baby Pictures™ makes available special conveniences necessary for new parents to enjoy a movie and care for their baby at the same time. This includes baby-changing facilities, extra lighting in the auditorium, and lowered movie volume. Mums, Dads and caregivers are invited to attend these special screenings with their infants in tow.

In addition to offering special amenities such as premium seating and online ticketing, Showcase Cinemas is committed to providing family programming for the communities in which it operates such as Baby Pictures™ and Bookworm Wednesdays, a summer reading program for children.
